(WXMI) – Cory Monteith, who played the loveable character ‘Finn Hudson’ in the FOX hit “Glee”, was found dead in a Vancouver hotel room Saturday, police said.
Police also said the cause of death was not immediately apparent, but foul play has been ruled out.
According to CNN, Monteith’s body was found by staff members at the Fairmont Pacific Rim Hotel after he missed his checkout time.
The actor had been with friends at the hotel room Friday night, but acting Chief Constable Doug LePard said hotel surveillance video showed him returning to his room in the early morning hours by himself.
He was 31.
