GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — West Michigan will deal with one more unseasonably chilly day Monday before more summerlike weather returns the rest of the week.  No real heat is on the way in the near future, though.

An upper-level low pressure center has started to move off to the east Monday morning, taking a good deal of the moisture with it.  As a result, only a few sprinkles and light rain showers will hang around the region Monday morning before dry air starts to move back in for the rest of the day.

Clouds may be stubborn in many locations, but some additional sunshine should start to appear in the afternoon with more clearing on the way through the evening into Monday night.

Temperatures will remain cool with highs only around 70° Monday, but some improvement will take place by Tuesday with readings back near 80°.  Highs will hold fairly steady around 80° for the majority of the week.
