GRAND HAVEN, Mich. — The arrival of the larger U.S. Coast Guard vessels in Grand Haven channel is a favorite part of the Coast Guard Festival. Two U.S. vessels and one Canadian vessel will make the trip up the channel to their berths around 1 p.m. Monday.
Tours of the ships will be available for the rest of the week beginning with 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings.
The USCG cutters Mackinaw and Mobile Bay and a Canadian Coast Guard Hero class patrol boat are the vessels scheduled to appear.
