ANN ARBOR, Mich. — The man seen in surveillance video near where 25-year-old U-M med student Paul DeWolf was killed came forward voluntarily, according to the Detroit News.

Ann Arbor police say the man was only sought for questioning because he may have information.  He is not considered a suspect.

DeWolf, a 25-year-old West Michigan native, was found dead in the basement of his fraternity house July 24 from a single gunshot wound.  The death has been labeled a homicide.
