GRAND RAPIDS,Mich. — A 47-year-old Grand Rapids woman was found dead Thursday morning on a walking trail in Grand Rapids, and the Kent County Medical Examiner is ruling the death a homicide.
Grand Rapids police have identified the woman as Marie Nettles, and believe her body was placed on a trail in Ken-O-Sha Park after she was killed. She was discovered at 7:45 a.m., and the person who discovered her called authorities to the scene.
