AMY LYNN JONES MUGSHOTCOMSTOCK PARK,Mich. — 31-Year-old Amy Lynn Jones will face charges for conducting a criminal enterprise, breaking and entering a building and receiving and concealing stolen property. Jones was taken into custody  on August 15 at her residence in Muskegon Heights and lodged at the Kent County Jail with bond set at $100,000.

The Kent County Sheriff Dept is investigating the theft and sale of a large amount of personal property from Evergreen Storage facility located at 4000 Alpine Ave in Comstock Park. On Oct 3, 2012 the contents of numerous storage units were sold at an unauthorized auction held by the same employees.

Several victims have been identified including NHL player Gustav Nyquist. The game puck from his first goal as Red Wing is one of numerous items reported missing after the Oct 3 auction. Detectives have recovered the puck and it was returned to Nyquist.
