One Dead After Chain-Reaction Crash in Neighborhood

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – A Grand Rapids resident died after a crash involving three vehicles in a southeast side neighborhood.

Police were called to the area of Madison and Griswold SE at around 10:30 last night.  Investigators said a vehicle hit another parked car which caused a chain-reaction crash that left a Grand Rapids resident dead.

Three vehicles were involved in the accident.

Police believe the incident may have started after one of the drivers suffered a medical problem.
