FOX 17 was tipped off about thick plastic strung across Lincoln Lake Road in Kent County last week, something a witness tells us was a ‘trap’ for motorcycle riders. Before someone took it down, others spotted it and called 911. Anyone with information is asked to call Silent Observer at 616-774-2345.
