Obama on Syria: ‘I Didn’t Set a Red Line’

Commentary: President Obama is saying that the international community set a red line for a response to Syria’s use of chemical weapons, not him.  He’s now looking to Congress for a vote on whether or not the U.S. will strike the Syrian government.
