Antonio Raglin courtMUSKEGON, Mich. — Antonio Raglin, the man in custody and considered a person of interest in connection with the triple fatal shootings at the Elks Charity Lodge in Muskegon, was formally charged Tuesday morning.

Raglin is charged with being a felon in possession of a weapon, lying to a peace officer, and being a habitual offender.

Because of the seriousness of the Elks Lodge incident, the judge set bond at $200,000.

Raglin was also charged with three other counts related to a previous hit and run which was caught on tape. In that case, the judge charged Raglin with two counts of leaving the scene of an accident where someone was hurt and one count of driving without a license.

Raglin didn’t say anything in court Tuesday. Some family members and his girlfriend sat emotional listening to his charges. They didn’t want to make an official statement but said they disagree with all the charges.

Raglin will be back in court later this month.
