Truck Drives Into Grand Rapids House

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.-  An early morning wake-up call for homeowners in one Grand Rapids neighborhood.

A truck drove into a house at Sibley and Glenhaven NW around 1:30 this morning. The homeowners say the noise woke them up and they went searching for the noise when they saw tires in the dining room. When they turned the other corner they saw the truck in their dining room and kitchen.

The driver was the only person in the vehicle and he has minor injuries.

Grand Rapids Police say alcohol may have played a factor in the crash.
