noahGRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Two people were arrested after a witness saw them breaking  an Artprize entry around 2:15 a.m. on Tuesday, October 1.

Grand Rapids police say the witness saw a man and woman ripping a giraffe off the piece called “Noah’s Ark” at First United Methodist Church on Fulton Street.

Vandals had recently targeted this piece, ripping a dove out of the window of the ark.

The two are facing charges of larceny over a thousand dollars.
