BIG RAPIDS, Mich. — Power has been partially restored at Ferris State University following outages Wednesday, but several buildings remain without electricity.
According to the university, the power at West Campus Residence Halls and West Campus Apartments has been restored. Classes in several buildings will still be cancelled October 3 while power is restored to academic buildings.
Classes canceled include those held in the Allied Health and Optometry buildings, Creative Arts Center and West Commons. Classes held in Bishop Hall and the Pharmacy building will be moved to other classrooms across campus. Those students should contact their faculty members for further information, according to a release.
It was unclear when power is expected to be fully restored.
