FOUND: Theodore Godleski

A 74-year-old man is missing from Alpine Township.

According to the Kent County Sheriff’s Department, Theodore Godleski went missing from his home around 4 p.m. Saturday afternoon in the 4600 block of Cordes Ave. NW.

Godleski has numerous medical related issues. He has advanced stages of Alzheimer’s and has difficulty remembering or pronouncing his own name.

Godleski is a retired postal worker and is known to walk a significant distance in a short period of time. Godleski has connections to the Walker area near the 1700 block of Harding St NW, also at one time owned a cottage near Crystal Mountain and frequented the Filling Station restaurant on Alpine Avenue.

He is described as a white male, approximately 6’00”, 200 pounds, reddish gray hair, and blue eyes. Godleski is also missing his upper front teeth.

Godleski was last seen wearing a red short sleeve, polo style shirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.
