ROBINSON TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Flames were coming out of the windows of a house at 9988 Buchanan Street when firefighters arrived early Tuesday.
Fire officials said the house, located west of Allendale, is probably a total loss.
A passing neighbor said the homeowner was not home and came home to the fire scene.
No one was hurt. The fire damaged the basement and main level.
Initial calls on the fire went out shortly after 4 a.m.
