SOUTH HAVEN, Mich. — Next year’s Waterfront Film Festival will return to South Haven.
According to a Wednesday release, the 16th year of the independent film festival will return for a second year in the West Michigan town after “a successful inaugural year.”
During this year’s festival, nearly 90 films, from documentaries to fictional dramas, comedies and shorts, screened from June 13 to 16. Thousands attended the event, including Oscar-winning actor Tom Hanks.
Film submissions for the 2014 festival will begin Nov. 1. The festival will run from June 12 to 15.
