WEST MICHIGAN — (FOX 17) — The same areas that had accumulating lake-effect snow Wednesday night will see some more snow Thursday night and Friday morning.

This image from our in-house computer model, Future Track, shows expected accumulations by Friday morning. With temperatures expected to be near freezing, this will likely create some slick spots on the roads. In fact, there has already been a weather-related accident on I-196 near in Allegan County. For more on that accident, click HERE.

Make sure you watch FOX 17 Morning News Friday starting at 5 a.m. for the latest on the road conditions and the lake-effect snow. I’ll have an update after the baseball game as well. For the weather anytime, visit the weather page at
