WEXFORD COUNTY, Mich- A man from Northern Michigan has been hospitalized after having a mishap with a homemade cannon.
It happened on Sunday afternoon in Wexford County. MLive reports that the 48-year-old man was loading the cannon when it exploded. He was airlifted to Munson Medical Center in Traverse City for treatment.
Deputies tell MLive that the incident is still under investigation and will be sent to the county prosecutor for further review.
