tablet recallBETHESDA, MD. — The recalled adaptor, also commonly referred to as a charger, was included with the Polaroid PMID709 seven-inch Internet tablet (also known as the PMID709KB). The adaptor has two prongs for plugging into an outlet on one end and a wire leading to a single plug for the tablet. A label on the bottom of the casing near the plug prongs has “Polaroid Power Adaptor” printed on it with the model number SX-30017-D.

The item was sold Big Lots in July 2013 for $90 for the tablet and adaptor.
