SPRING LAKE, Mich., — Kelly Bovid has created a website aimed at encouraging random acts of kindness and tracking the effects of those good deeds.
Miresi.org allows users to set up an account and download a card with a unique tracking number. The account holder can leave the card behind with whoever they are “paying it forward” to. For instance, if the user decides to buy the meal for the person behind them in the drive thru, they would leave the money and the card so the receiver can then log on and “pay it forward” to someone else.
The website launched earlier this month and Bovid has high hopes that the kindness will spread across the world.
