lands-patrick-web-gfxBATTLE CREEK, Mich. — The private detective just hired by Teleka Patrick’s parents claims the family fired the previous investigator.

In an email announcing the new development, Jim Carlin of Justinian Investigative Services says the missing woman’s parents “returned to Kalamazoo, and then terminated the services of the Kalamazoo private investigator who had been working on her disappearance.”

Carlin went on to claim that “too many individuals have given interviews that included misinformation” and that future questions and interview requests should be directed to his office.

Justinian Investigative Services has been involved in the case of Mary Denise Lands, who disappeared in 2004.
