010514SNOWWEST MICHIGAN — Snow associated with a cold front moving through West Michigan brought the first of three rounds of snow to West Michigan overnight and this morning. Moderate to heavy snow bands set up and brought totals of up to 7 inches of snow. Heavy snow will return this afternoon as the main storm system moves into the Great Lakes bringing with it sub-zero temperatures and extreme wind chills.

Here is a look at snowfall totals so far this morning around West Michigan:

Martin: 7.0″

Delton: 6.0″

Hastings: 6.0″

Cloverdale/Long Lake: 6.0″

Kalamazoo: 5.5″

Paw Paw: 5.5″

Hopkins: 4.9″

Bangor: 4.8″

Battle Creek: 4.25″

Grandville: 4.2″

Norton Shores: 4.0″

Belmont: 3.7″

Dutton: 3.7

East Grand Rapids: 3.5″

Ada: 3.3″

Saranac: 3.3″

Kentwood: 3.1″

Grand Rapids: 3.1″

Beechwood: 2.5″

McBride: 1.2″

Woodville: 0.8″
