KALAMAZOO, Mich. — FOX 17 obtained a copy of a letter apparently written by Pastor Marvin Sapp to Teleka Patrick. It’s regarding her alleged attempts to reach him and his children.

The letter informs her that her name has been removed from the membership roll at his church, Lighthouse Full Life Center Church in Grand Rapids. It is dated September 17, 2013, and alleges that she made inappropriate contact with his children. Other allegations are made and forewarning of a personal protection order filed against her is mentioned.

The personal protection order from Sapp against Patrick was also served in September.

Patrick went missing December 5th and hasn’t been seen or heard from since.

At a press conference Wednesday, Kalamazoo County Sheriff Richard Fuller said Sapp is not a suspect in the case. Fuller said Sapp is “nothing more than an innocent victim of an apparent stalking.”

If you have any information regarding the disappearance of Teleka Patrick call the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office or Silent Observer. That number is 269-343-2100.

The private investigator needs to put up many billboards in the cities near where Teleka's car was found. He also needs to personally start visiting the places where homeless people go for shelter and food. All the areas where homeless mentally ill people gather should be blanketed with Teleka's fliers. The PI could pay groups or ask for volunteers to help blanket with fliers the areas where homeless people frequent.

You know – that's not a bad idea…I agree – they should check the homeless shelters… I do volunteer work with homeless women and it's surprising how many intelligent, talented women there are – that just either had a mental condition,,, or just fell short of real help..and wound up at a shelter.. It seems – they are more focused on the Taleka Patrick – they've known….but – she maybe thinking in a different way now… maybe not even herself now…using a different identity…. I really hope she is found safe.. After reading the above letter sent to her from this church.. her actions must have been really disturbing … it takes a lot for a church & Pastor – to go this far and decide to take this route with an individual…

Homeless shelters and hospitals checked out already. No luck. But really interesting that this letter is presented from Mr.Sapp. Because in the recent press conference the sheriff stated that he wouldnt recognize her or even know who she was? Seems clear to me he knows who she is. Not insinuating anything, just observing .. He sends the letter and she goes missing two months later? Why would the Sheriff be so adamant of him not to be a suspect in this case? Because hes has stayed close and cooperated with the sheriff? You know that old saying.. keep your friends close and keep your enemies closer? I think they need to look into that closer.

Exactly. Plus Pastor Sapp's behavior can be very inappropriate: the way he flits with women on his Facebook page is uncomfortable. In the PPO he describes himself as a national recording artist, not as a Pastor. And in interviews he puts too much attention to topics like his reality show or at the way women are obsessed with him, instead of giving a spiritual message. Also, the fact that the church kicked her out is very questionable. All these things combined, put doubts about his character and integrity.
