KENTWOOD, Mich. — ConAgra Foods announced Tuesday that it would be closing its plant in Kentwood.
The closing means that 260 employees will be laid off, according to a company release.
Production at the plant will stop in May, and the plant will officially close in July.
However, research and development is scheduled to continue through February 2015.
