Indiana State Police Search Lake as Part of Teleka Patrick Investigation

PORTER, Ind. — Indiana State Police announced Wednesday that they searched a lake for missing Kalamazoo doctor Teleka Patrick.

Troopers did not find any evidence during the Jan. 23 search.  It was part of the ongoing investigation into Patrick’s December disappearance.

Her car was found abandoned Dec. 5 on I-94 near the Porter, Ind. lake.

Patrick was last seen getting into her car at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo, where she is a medical resident.

Police placed sonar into a series of holes drilled in the ice, but did not detect any evidence or clues.
