Identity Released In Fatal Barry County Crash

barry deadly crashHOPE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (Feb. 9th, 2014)- The identity has been released on the victim of the fatal traffic accident, Saturday in Barry County.

According to the Barry County Sheriff’s Department, 42-year-old Marci Ann Miller from Williamston, Michigan died in the crash. The crash happened at the intersection of Cedar Creek Road and Cloverdale Road around 11:30 a.m.

The preliminary investigation shows a 2006 Buick Lacrosse that was westbound on Cloverdale Road failed to stop at the intersection and was broadsided by a 1999 Ford pickup truck heading northbound.

The Buick was struck in the driver’s side, the driver, Marci Ann Miller, was pronounced deceased.

Four people were in the truck at the time of the collision. All transported themselves to Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo after suffering minor injuries and have been released.
