SAUGATUCK, Mich. (Feb. 13, 2014) — Even though a semi ended up in the median and off the pavement Tuesday morning, northbound I-196 was closed most of the morning north of the Saugatuck exit 41.

The Allegan County Sheriff’s Department took these shots of the process of pulling the tractor and trailer out of the median. It’s obvious that both lanes of the expressway had to be used in the hours-long project.
