Consumers Energy Outage Map
CALEDONIA, Mich. – Consumers Energy reported a power outage Friday afternoon for the entire community of Caledonia.
A spokesperson with Consumers Energy said there was a problem with a substation serving part of southern Kent County. The outage impacts more than 1,000 customers. As of 1pm, the exact problem was with the substation was still unclear.
Consumers Energy said crews are working to resolve the issue, but the power may not be back on until after 5pm Friday.
