Unfortunately the officials as usual have NO idea what they are talking about. The car actual came about 15 feet from hitting my wife and I, because I was traveling East bound on M57. I did not see the car flip, but turned around to go see how the people were. It took a minute to find the car because it probably rolled and flipped about 150 yards. When I pulled up the car was totally silent and no movement. Another guy stopped and when we were approaching the car the driver and the guy in the back seat got out. The guy that was air lifted to Spectrum Health was thrown from the car and laid about 25 or 30 feet away. There was no one in the car when a female deputy arrived first on the seen. I didn't even see her go over to the car to see if anyone was still in it. She just stood around looking stupid until some other people started to arrive. She didn't want to know anything about the accident what so ever. I tried to explain what happen and she just blew me off. Personally she had NO business even being there. The 911 deputy was a lot more interested in what happen then her. After she just ignored what I was trying to tell her and everyone else arrived I went home. So when they say all 3 where in the car when they arrived they are full of it.

    I was there.
