Meth Lab Found in Car during Traffic Stop

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (March 1, 2014) – A methamphetamine lab was found in a vehicle during a traffic stop in Kalamazoo, according to the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies say it happened at 11:45 P.M. Friday, when officials pulled over a vehicle on Sprinkle Road near Comstock Avenue. During the traffic stop deputies say they found a suspected meth lab inside the car.

Authorities arrested a 21-year-old Kalamazoo resident on outstanding warrants from this investigation. Charges against the suspect are expected for operating and maintaining a methamphetamine lab.
