SOUTH HAVEN, Mich. (March 13, 2014) — If you are in need of a new spring wardrobe and want to support a good cause, head to the “Embracing Your Inner Diva-Beauty Through Courage” fashion show from 4pm. to 7p.m. at Hope Reform Church Auditorium on Saturday, March 15.
Van Buren County happens to be one of the poorest counties and suffers greatly from domestic violence, according to Theressa Ruppert, Vice President of the Domestic Violence Coalition of Van Buren County. The fashion show is done every year to raise funds and this year aims to provide a shelter for domestic violence victims.
South Haven area businesses will provide the clothing along with the food and raffle items. Three people are also winning an ultimate makeover.
Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 the day of the event. It is only $5 for high school aged guests. Click hereto find out where you can purchase those tickets.
