courtMOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. (March 16, 2014) — A biology staff member at Central Michigan University was fired following his arrest for indecent exposure.

According to a Sunday article from CM-Life, Ryan Lee Wheeler, 33, waived his arraignment for two counts of indecent exposure and one count of disorderly conduct in an incident that allegedly happened in late February.

Wheeler allegedly exposed his genitals while inside a parked van in a parking lot near Washington and Preston streets.

CM-Life reports that Wheeler was a temporary staff member and was terminated following his arrest.  He had no criminal record before this incident.

Police told CM-Life that they witnessed Wheeler exposing himself to others who passed by the van prior to arresting him.  He is scheduled back in court April 9 at 9 a.m.
