    These advices may sound good. But in real life, the buyer is not going to pay half of the transfer tax. That is a seller cost. Yes, it can be negotiated, but the buyer would want a lower price in exchange for paying part of that cost, so you wouldn’t really gain and may just lose a buyer who doesn’t have the extra cash.

    I think if you want advice on selling a home, you should talk to a reputable REALTOR who sells homes for a living. What this man is talking is theory.
