GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (March 29, 2014)- One man is at a local Grand Rapids hospital after being stabbed multiple times Saturday morning in Grand Rapids.
According to the Grand Rapids Police Department, the incident happened around 6:30 a.m. in the 1500 block of Plainfield Avenue NE. The victim and a roommate were arguing when the the roommate stabbed the victim multiple times in the upper part of his body.
The victim, who is in his mid 20’s, was taken to a local Grand Rapids hospital for treatment.
The roommate was taken into custody and is currently lodged at the Kent County Jail awaiting arraignment in a Kent County Court.
This incident remains under investigation by GRPD.
