THREE RIVERS, Mich. (April 3, 2014) — Zachary Allen Kelley, 18, was found safe, the Three Rivers Police Department announced Thursday afternoon.
Kelley was reported as a voluntary missing person Thursday morning. According to police, he was located in Georgia with a family member.
