BC Police: ‘Attempted Abduction’ Was Misunderstanding

Battle-Creek-police-cruiserBATTLE CREEK, Mich. (April 7, 2014) — Battle Creek Police said an initial report Sunday of an attempted abduction turned out to just be a misunderstanding.

Police said Sunday that two men attempted to abduct a pair of underage girls who were walking a dog in the 300 block of Watkins Lane.

They said that the men were attempting to locate a lost dog similar to the one the girls were walking.
