ROOSEVELT PARK, Mich. (April 7, 2014)– A Roosevelt Park woman was arrested Sunday after allegedly stabbing her live-in boyfriend with a kitchen knife, according to the Muskegon County Prosecutor’s Office.
Devon Dyal, 36, is currently being held on an attempted murder charge, according to the Muskegon County Sheriff’s Department’s website.
Muskegon County Chief Assistant Prosecutor Tim Maat said she is expected to be arraigned sometime Monday afternoon.
Police received reports of the alleged attack at about 7:30 a.m. and arrested Dyal at a residence in the 1300 block of West Summit Avenue, Maat said.
The victim is still in the hospital but is expected to recover from his injuries.
