The Coloma Township Police Department named 23-year-old Martin Hinrichs as a suspect shortly after the Wesco gas station was robbed in Coloma on September 20.

Surveillance video showed Hinrichs, whose nickname is “Nightmare”, wearing a zombie mask and using a pellet gun during the hold up.

The Herald Palladium reports Hinrichs plead guilty to armed robbery charges in Berrien County Trial Court this week.

Online records show Hinrichs served prison time for interfering with a police investigation in 2008.  He was discharged from prison just months before the armed robbery at the gas station took place.
