PETOSKEY, Mich (April 24, 2014) – State Troopers are working to identify a man they say is keying in stolen credit card numbers to buy gift cards all over the state.

These images were captured from a Wal-Mart, where the suspect was seen purchasing as many as 10 gift cards with stolen account information.

Troopers believe the same suspect is connected to similar thefts in Petoskey, Fremont, Big Rapids and other Metro Detroit locations.

He’s described as a white male in his mid 40’s with a thicker build.  He’s balding with glasses and was last seen wearing a sport coat and blue jeans.

If you recognize this individual, contact Sgt. Michael DeCastro at the Michigan State Police Gaylord Post at 989-732-2778.
