Infielder Javier Betancourt, who turns 19 on May 8, is hitting .290 and has racked up a team-high 40 hits. Its the second most hits in the entire Midwest League.
Starting pitcher Jonathon Crawford is 1-1 in six starts, with a 2.73 ERA and a WHIP of 1.08. If you take away his first start of the season in which he gave up seven earned runs in five innings, Crawford has a 0.66 ERA and a WHIP of 0.88.
