Ionia Co. Dispatch: 911 Outages in Lake Odessa, Clarksville

generic police lightsIONIA COUNTY, Mich. (May 8, 2014) — Ionia County Dispatch is currently experiencing landline and intermittent cell phone outages in the Lake Odessa and Clarksville areas.

Until the service is restored, residents should call the central dispatch at the non-emergency line at 616-527-0400.  However, some residents are unable to call local numbers as well.

Because of this, fire departments in Lake Odessa and Clarksville will have their stations manned.  Residents experiencing an emergency who are unable to contact emergency services by phone should respond to their local fire department for assistance.


Dispatchers said that AT&T is currently working to resolve the issue.

It was unclear what time 911 is expected to be working again in those areas.
