1 Injured, 2 in Custody After Grand Rapids Shooting

dickinson shooting pic4.jpgGRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (May 19, 2014) — Two people were arrested Monday after a man was shot in a residence in the 500 block of Dickinson St. SE, according to police.

The shooting was reported at about 8 p.m.

Police said the victim was shot in the back and suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Two suspects are currently in custody, and police say the incident is being investigated as an armed robbery.

Witnesses at the scene apparently held down one of the shooting suspects until police arrived.
