Battle Creek Police: Suspect Connected to at Least 9 Burglaries

BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (June 4, 2014) — Battle Creek police arrested a suspect after searching their home and finding property from at least 9 different burglaries, according to a press release.

The burglaries happened in Bedford and Urbandale areas as well as Barry County, police said.  Property from a Meachem Road burglary was also recovered.

Police say more property seized from the Cardinal Avenue residence may have been stolen in different incidents.

That property includes laptop computers, hunting bows, antique silverware, generators and assorted jewelry.
