GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- It started with a cat, a dream and some encouragement from a friend, now 11 years later Reuben's Room Cat Rescue is placing furry friends into forever homes. Founder Jeanine Buckner stopped by FOX 17 to talk about the rescue, and how they make an effort to place senior cats with older people, often in senior living centers.

All cats are spayed/neutered and up on their shots, if they come in as a kitten they are also de-clawed.
