KALAMAZOO TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A 52-year-old Kalamazoo woman was killed Tuesday after her moped collided with a dump truck.
The crash happened at about 1 p.m. in the area of Nichols Road and Canterbury Avenue.
Kalamazoo Township Police say the woman and the man driving the dump truck were both southbound on Nichols. The truck driver allegedly was turning at the Canterbury intersection when the vehicles collided.
The crash remains under investigation.
