WYOMING, Mich. -- Another person whose apartment ceiling collapsed has come forward. At least two incidents have occurred at Oldebrook Apartments in Wyoming this year.

The complex is managed by Beztak Properties which is based in Farmington Hills. Tenants have requested reimbursement for damages.

The first tenant to speak with the FOX 17 Problem Solvers is Daniel Garvin. Following the story, he received a $3,000 check from Beztak for damages. That's the amount he requested.

The second person is Marianne Bida. She said she saw Garvin's story and decided to reach out. Her ceiling fell in January. Beztak said it took over managing the property in February.

However, attorney Brett Gardener said it doesn't matter who the management company was at the time. He said the owner is ultimately responsible. The owner hires the management company, which is the middle man.
