KENT COUNTY, Mich. -- George and Leila Ridderings' phone line went down three weeks ago.
On August 20, Mr. Riddering cut the line with his mower by mistake. The phone line should have been buried underground, but it wasn't.
They said they were given three different repair dates from AT&T, but each date got canceled. Th days came and went. The Ridderings had a number of concerns going without a phone line, so they reached out to the FOX 17 Problem Solvers.
Less than 24 hours after their story aired, the Ridderings' phone line was repaired.
