When is it going to be that parents are going to start teaching bicycle safety and road rules to these children? Too many times I have seen it here in the area children just riding out into the street, not looking or paying attention and thinking that traffic is supposed to stop for them. And then when it does happen the parents want to blame the driver for the accident all too often. And sadly to say it’s not always children who are violating the rules of the road as there have been many adults I have seen do the same thing and then want to get an attitude with the driver of the vehicle for their stupidity and lack of common sense for rules and stop signs.
