BETHESDA, Md. — The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced a handful of recalls this week, including some popular gas-powered generators, as well as some river tubes that may cause skin irritation.
Below is the information on the recent recalls.
American Honda gas-powered generators — The rear frame support can fail during lifting, posing an impact hazard. The owner’s manual can have missing or duplicated pages, which could cause consumers not to receive important operating or safety information. About 8,100 units are impacted. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled generators and contact a Honda Power Equipment dealer to schedule a free repair of the rear frame support and replacement of the owner’s manual.
