Jennifer Pohlman, creator of Sip Organic Juice Bar and the Jenergy Bar, became passionate about juicing and raw foods in 2008. Involved in high-level triathlon training and operating beach bootcamps in Florida, Jennifer created the organic, raw Jenergy Bar®, to meet her diet and energy needs. After returning to her home state of Michigan, she began producing and selling Jenergy Bars from her kitchen, as well as the raw food detox program she designed. As the demand for her products grew, Jennifer took the next step and opened a store where she could offer her customers some of the best food and drink choices for a healthy lifestyle. In February of 2012, Sip Organic Juice Bar’s doors opened for the first time to eager customers interested in improving their eating habits. Currently Jennifer has opened 2 locations in Grand Rapids, with two franchise locations opening summer 2014.
